I recently earned my PhD from the Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences program at the University of Florida. My research focuses on seafood markets, sustainable consumption, and the nutritional impacts of seafood on consumers. My dissertation explored how incentives and product attributes influence consumer behavior in seafood markets.
